Jesse Anderson
Jesse has been with CFS since 1999. He has years of field experience with a
multitude of fisheries sampling equipment. Jesse has worked with the design,
construction, installation, monitoring, and custom development of resistance
board weirs for the past seven years. He was the Stanislaus River weir project
manager from 2003-2007 [report; PDF],
lead construction and installation efforts on the Williamson River weir, and
has been the project manager for both the Feather River and Cedar River weir
projects. Fishery biologists and resource managers nationwide consult with
Jesse when dealing with their own resistance board weir projects.

Clark Watry
Clark joined the CFS team in 2007 and serves as Program Manager for the California Field Office.
He gained hands on resistance board weir
experience while working on the Kwethluk River [report; PDF]
in Alaska with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service from 2000 - 2001. Clark
managed a large crew and oversaw the construction of multiple weirs prior
to installation in river. He also has experience with rigid weirs from his
work in both Oregon and Idaho. |

Mike Kersten
Mike has worked with CFS since 2007 and has gained intimate working knowledge of
weir technology while working on the Stanislaus, Feather, and Cedar River weir
projects. He has gained valuable hands on experience of all aspects of a
resistance board weir. Mike has excellent technical fabrication skills and
is CFS's shop lead. |

John Montgomery
John began working for CFS in 2006 and quickly became a respected leader
in the company. John has worked closely with Jesse on the Stanislaus River
weir project gaining in-depth knowledge of the workings of a resistance board
weir. He is our shop manager and leads the way for Mike and Tyson on fabrication
of all weir components. |

Tyson Mutoza
Tyson is one of CFS's newest team members, but has gained valuable field and
shop experience over the past year. He worked in the field at the Stanislaus
River weir and helped construct and install the Cedar River weir in 2008. |
